"R. Stephanus' third folio edition. The text of this edition represents a further revision on the same lines as that of 1528, but based on a larger number of MSS. A list given at the end of the preface enumerates at least 16 MSS. ... a 'Sorbonicum Correctorium' and three printed editions ... used by R. Stephanus, who acknowledges the help rendered by Guillelmus Fabritius in preparing this revision. It contains the Prayer of Manasses in Greek (as well as in Latin), printed here for the first time [following Chronicles]" (Darlow & Moule).
