Front cover has four panels, depicting John the Baptist, St. Barbara, St. Catherine, and St. Nicholas, with border of thistles, acorns, birds, and dragons. Back cover has two panels, depicting John the Baptist, and pattern of acorns. Remains of clasps. In 20th century box. See Oldham "Blind-stamped panels", 1958, QUAD 6, ST27, and AC6.
