"Edited by J.H. Boecler ... The text is a mere reprint of R. Stephanus' third edition of 1550, with only three variations. The appended matter (containing a life of St. Paul and a prologue to his Epistles), part of which had already appeared in the editions of Erasmus and Stephanus, was printed from a MS. in Boecler's possession" (Darlow & Moule).
