Owner of warrant possibly old Etonian Oliver Henry Douglas Vickers of the Royal Flying Corps (R.A.F.), born 1898. After joining the Royal Flying Corps, he was posted to 20 Squadron where he scored thirteen victories flying the F.E.2d in 1917.
