Five signatures on front endpaper with accompanying printed note tipped into title page: "the signatures in this volume are those of the British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and the Serbian, Russian, Belgian and French Ministers for Foreign Affairs at the outbreak of the European War. At the date M. Viviani was also President of the Council in France and N. Pashitch Prime Ministers of Serbia".
