Armorial bookplate of the Le Gendre family of Bourgogne, marquis of St Aubin from 1652. Provenance

Booklabel of Nicolas Mann, recording donation to Eton College in 1754.

Early 18th century brown leather; gold tooled double fillet border; gold tooled decoration on spine, including large star shaped fleurons and marquis' coronets; two red morocco spine labels; six raised bands.
